Important: Only the child’s legal guardian may complete the application.
Make sure to have social security numbers, proof of residence, children’s birthdays, and holiday wishes for your application.
Deadline to apply: Friday, December 5th.

Every partner (church, school, business, club, neighborhood, family) collects ONE food item in bulk and/or adopts a child/children for holiday gifts. Your generosity makes every box complete and brings joy to a family.
