Fayette Cares will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to third parties. Use of donor information will be limited to the internal purposes of Fayette Cares. We assure you that the identity of our donors will be kept confidential. We may share aggregated customer information such as statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information, with our business partners and other reputable vendors, but such aggregated information will not contain any personally identifying information of any users of the Site. We may disclose or access your account information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.
Removing Your Name From Our Mailing List
Your privacy is very important to us. We rely on the good will and generosity of our supporters and want to make every effort to ensure your experience with Fayette Cares is positive. We want to keep you abreast of Fayette Cares activities, but do not want to send unwanted communications. Email communications received from us also provide a mechanism to have your address removed from our contact list. You may limit your ability to receive some or all of the services generally offered to users of the Site by choosing to be removed from our mailing list.

Fayette Care’s Inc. does not issue refunds once donations have been made. As a donor you are responsible for understanding this upon making any donation on our site.
In the event that Fayette’s Care’s offers tangible goods for sale on the site, refunds for such items will only be made for non-delivery of product or major defects. The defective item must be returned for a refund. All refund requests must be made in writing and within 15 days of the purchase of the item and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or mailed to Fayette Cares, Inc. P.O. Box 326 Somerville, TN 38068.
In the event of purchases relating to registration for an event, refund requests must be made in writing and within 15 days prior to the start date of the event. No refunds will be granted after that. There are no refunds for no-shows. All refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to email@example.com or mailed to Fayette Cares, Inc. P.O.
