When I moved to Fayette County in 2015, it didn’t take me long before I heard people talking about the wonderful work of Fayette Cares.
The community-focused mission especially caught my attention and led me to want to learn more.
I quickly learned that Fayette Cares not only hosts fun events – they make an incredible difference for those facing domestic violence or who need food and shelter in our community.
Even if we’ve never felt the impact of the work directly, it’s clear that this organization has a powerful effect on our community.
We all have an opportunity to use our unique skillsets (whether time-based or financial) to contribute towards making sure those suffering from domestic violence and food insecurity have access to the resources they needed within our county boundaries.
With the help of people like you, Fayette Cares continues to make an impact on lives each and every day.
