Spring Into Caring

April 15 Plant Sale Lets Caring Bloom

Did cold temperatures wreak havoc on your garden?  Then you have the perfect excuse to shop ‘till you drop at the 31st Annual Fayette Cares Plant Sale!

Join us on Saturday, April 15th from 9 am – 2 pm at Oakland Elementary School (near Kroger) to choose from over 10,000 plants including flowers, herbs, vegetable and much more.

Shop locally grown plants from Willow Oaks Flower Farm, Lucerne Farms, and homegrown donations from community gardeners.  Unlike big box stores, these plants are acclimated to local water, soil, and climate, with no growth inhibitors so they perform better and bring more joy to your life.

Looking for something to round out a spot in the shade or a nice pop of color for a sunny area?  Get sound advice from Fayette County Master Gardeners who’ll lend their knowledge and wisdom so you can grow your best garden.

Have plants like hostas, irises, or lilies that need thinning?  Donate these and other  garden treasures, before the sale, to nurture and protect both your plants and families facing poverty, abuse, and crisis.

Whether you shop, volunteer, or donate, you are planting the seeds of caring!
